A relaxing well equipped house on two floors looking across the Vale do Milho on the coastal side of the development. This comfortable property enjoys easy access to the rear and elevated views from the bedroom and lounge balconies and sun terrace. A welcoming, spacious, townhouse designed for comfort and pleasure with many desirable holiday facilities within comfortable walking distance. The location is quiet and tranquil as a result of its elevated position on a short cul de sac. It provides easy access to golf, an attractive beach, good places to eat and a small supermarket. Carvoeiro a pretty, relatively unspoilt, large village with its own beach and a variety of shops and other services is a few minutes away by car. A hire car can be made available at the town house, along with a transfer from and to Faro for a relaxed start to your holiday.

The location of this relaxing property can accurately be described as very satisfactory, near enough for convenience, without the disadvantage of being too near. Two golf courses within 15 mins, many facilities within walking distance and a few minutes by car or bus to Carvoeiro. This lies halfway between Faro and the West coast. City of Lagoa, small administrative centre of the region, with its new theatre complex, Portimao, sensible parking facilities, long promenade, cultural and sporting facilities, delightful narrow shopping streets and Silves, hilltop Moorish Capital within 15 minutes. Lagos a larger coastal facility with a large marina 30 minutes away, shops and a wide variety of restaurants are plentiful. The Algarve is a good place to eat. Other attractions, two water parks, large sand sculpture extravaganza June to Sept, delightful zoo marine for all ages.   • The en-suite, tiled bathroom has two wash basins and mirrors, bath with shower, toilet, bidet and shaver point. The bathroom is a good size with plenty of room to use the facilities. Cupboards under the wash basins are where guests towels are stored. An infra red heater is also provided. The second tiled bathroom is fitted with a shaver point, mirror, toilet, shower cubicle and wash basin in a vanity unit in which guests towels are stored.All towels are provided except beach towels.The tiled cloakroom with toilet and washbasin is conveniently situated on the same floor as the lounge. All the bathrooms are pleasant to use with all the desired features. Hair driers provided in both bedrooms.

  • Both bedrooms open onto the bedroom balcony which enjoys uninterrupted views across the valley. A small table and four chairs on the balcony provide a pleasant opportunity to enjoy the morning sun. Both bedrooms are fitted with double glazed external doors, mosquito screens and metal shutters. They are also fitted with air conditioning units. Bedroom 1 is the bedroom in the photograph. A spacious room with an abundance of hanging space and drawers and a vanity unit, with a door leading to the ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has plenty of hanging space and three drawers but without a vanity unit. The second bathroom is entered through a door immediately adjacent to the bedroom 2 door. Suitcases may be put in the utility room on the same floor if required. Access to both bedrooms is down a curved stairway from the lounge above. Please note there is one large double bed in each bedroom. Good quality bed linen provided.

Notes: Stairs from the lounge to the bedrooms and from the lounge to the sun terrace and only require the level of mobility normally associated with going up and down stairs. Maid service is provided on a weekly basis. As a guide, on the day of departure guests should have left the town house by 11am. New arrivals should arrange to arrive after 3pm. When ever possible a flexible approach is adopted and guests will be accommodated if possible providing adequate notice is given. Cars can be safely parked on the street in front of the entrance door. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available for use by the maid who will happily do any necessary washing.
