It is a 2 block walk to Chamber's Beach from this from this airy, sunny, cedar-wrapped house in a quiet neighborhood on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe. The house has a great Tahoe decor and a mountain feel. The open living area of this large 1600+ sq. ft. home is on the top floor, with three bedrooms below. The home has a Hot Tub on the lower deck, and is Pet-friendly with a fully fenced back yard. The master suite has a king size log bed, dual vanities, a shower, and a private deck with a private Hot Tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has two twins. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. Bed Configuration: 1) King Log Bed 2) Queen 3) 2 Twins, (or push together for a couple) Sofa bed in Living Room for 2

The dining table seats eight, and there is also a breakfast bar. There is a large deck off the living area for BBQ's and sunbathing. The house has a laundry room upstairs. The West Shore lakeside bike path is just one block away, and it's about only about a two-block walk to the public part of Chamber’s Beach in the summer months. Sugar Pine Point State Park is one mile away for great hiking and mountain biking in the summer and fall. In the winter months, it's about a 20 minute drive to ski at Squaw Valley or Alpine Ski Resorts, and only 5 minutes to nearby Homewood. There is driveway parking for 2 cars, with an easy level access. We have winter plow service. Ample firewood is provided, and we will have the heat and lights on for a welcome winter arrival. Bedrooms: #1-Master Bedroom-King Log Bed with private bath #2-Queen #3-2 Twins Living Room-Queen Sofa bed. 2 Portable Cribs **Please call or email for Availability. The calendar is not used**

The house was so comfortable-we had a 4 year old and a dog who both loved the neighborhood and the yard. We were extremely happy with the house, and would recommend it to anyone.

I stayed at the Tahoma cabin for a week with my husband,my 20 month old son and our dog. The cabin was perfect! I cooked almost every meal and had no problem finding the utensils and dishes that were required. It was a very spacious, well appointed kitchen. The area was great, close to the water, the mountains, lots of hiking trails and convienient grocery shopping!! We had so much fun in the snow and Joyce was wonderful with all her helpful information on where to go and what to do. The hot tub was terrific on those cool evenings as well. This pet friendly, kid friendly cabin was awesome and we look forward to going back again in the near future. Thanks Joyce!!

This was our first trip to the Tahoma cabin. The home and area were perfect for a family with a dog and two small children. We'll definitely return to this or one of the Miller's other cabins.

This was our fourth Thanksgiving at the Miller Tahoma cabin. As always, we found it warm and welcoming. I often rent for a week or weekend all over California, and the Tahoma cabin definately offers the most ammenities, a great backyard for the dogs, a very well stocked kitchen, and is in a great neighborhood...not too busy yet not too far away from markets and restaurants.
