About our amenities:: Children: Because our house has multiple levels, balconies, a roof deck, a loft, etc. children must be supervised at all times. This is a great family home but it is not child-proofed. Keyless Entry System: We use the latest security technology from Webkey Systems. No keys to pick up or return! All access controlled by access codes which expire after each rental. Our guests love this system. Prior to your visit, we will e-mail you codes for your visit. You can even personalize your code to one that you can easily remember. Parking: Two spots come with the rental. Exterior SUV size parking spot, plus one of garage spot comes with rental. Ask ahead of time if you are interested in bikes.
Other Amenities:: Linens (all bedding plus beach/bath towels, dish towels) are provided. In addition, there is a Maytag front -loading washer and dryer in the garage for your use. December 07- interior freshly painted, bathrooms updated with new floors, lighting and toilets. Contact us for additional pictures.
We have two TV's, one in the main living area and one in the loft. TV have all cable channels, as well as free On-Demand movies and shows from HBO, Cinemax, Starz, etc. Also a DVD player.
Other Activities: Belmont Park Amusement Park within walking distance.
